we spent 3 nights in double room with the balcony, an amazing view, for instance. location: the hotel was right by the pier close to the river, bentota beach and lunuganga. great to be 400 metres away from eat, enjoyed our meal there.

The double room was well-equipped with an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and a microwave oven. A huge variety of delicious food was offered for breakfast, which was amazing to satisfy everyone. The location was quiet and absolutely incredible, just a short stroll away from Seattle Aquarium. It was also situated just off a private tropical garden, a local temple, and nature.

The location was stunning - so close to the pier and the beach. Our room was spotlessly clean with an amazing view from the balcony. the staff were very very nice. Dinner and breakfast food was incredible. the team provided excellent service.

Really clean and beautiful hotel - located right next to Lunuganga gardens. The staff is helpful and welcoming. They offer an amazing breakfast on a boatride - complete with a delicious meal. The pool is a bonus, and the view of the lagoon from the lunch area is lovely. The owner - Prasad, and his family go out of their way to make sure you have a great time and even help with transportation.
Strongly recommend.
